Why cyclists like it
The View in Wootton Wawen is a lovely café to include on a Warwickshire ride, especially if you're heading around Henley-in-Arden, Wootton Wawen or the lanes near the South Stratford Canal. I stopped there mid-ride and it felt like a really comfortable place to refuel, with plenty of seating, friendly service and a proper breakfast and lunch menu rather than just coffee and cake. The setting is the big attraction — it overlooks the canal and countryside near Hill Farm Marina, with the Edstone Aqueduct close by, so it feels scenic without being out of the way. It's a slightly more modern, spacious café stop than some village cafés. Be warned, it does get busy at the weekends inside but usually plenty of space & tables outside.
