Why cyclists like it
The Cowshed Café in Wootton Wawen is a really good stop to work into a ride around Henley-in-Arden, Stratford or the Warwickshire lanes. I stopped there mid-ride and it had exactly the sort of feel I like from a cycling café stop — relaxed, friendly and with proper food rather than just a quick coffee. The cakes looked excellent, and the breakfast and lunch options make it a good place if you need a more substantial refuel. Being at Yew Tree Farm Shopping Village gives it a nice countryside setting, and it feels like the sort of place you could happily sit for a while before heading back out on the bike.
